Have you heard people talk about "the statistics" when it comes to something? It basically means let's look at the numbers and see what it says.
Biometrics ( blood pressure, height, weight, phenotype, body dimensions) demographics (age, gender, geographic coordinates), and income brackets are all data science concepts that can be used explain something we see in the world as salacious like sex. To see the "statistics" behind dating we could even assign each religion, favorite movie/music genres, or type of house pets a certain number i.e. Buddhism 1A, documentaries 2B, pet fish 3C etc. and conduct surveys with willing participants who are actively dating. The participants can be asked what religious faith they prefer to date, what their favorite kind of movies or music are, if they like certain pets allowing researchers to learn correlations with dating behavior. Do people who don't have pets tend to stay with dog/cat owners. Do people who listen to reggae music a lot tend to date sci fi movie aficionados based on the survey numbers? Do couples from different religious faith tend to stay together long term?Whats the highest number of sexual partners if you surveyed 20 random people from your college, job or team?
